Non-urgent advice: Get help with transport to appointments?

Patients are given the phone number 0800 092 4020. It is the patients responsibility to arrnage the transport. 

Non-urgent advice: Request a repeat fit note for an ongoing problem?

A repeat fit note request can be booked for a telephone review with our Employment Health Support Coach, will can review the current fit note and extend if required or amend to light duties - This does not require a GP Appointment 

Non-urgent advice: Request a fit note for a new problem?

Patient will need to be assessed by the GP, they can book an appointment for this through usually systems. If the sicknote is for a week patients can self certify for this.
