Patient participation group

Non-urgent advice: What is a PPG and what do we do?

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) gives patients the opportunity to have their voices heard and help shape the services at our practice. The group operates virtually, which means you can participate from home and receive updates via letters, emails, or other information from the practice.

A range of ages and ethnicities are represented, men and women and patients with various health needs, such as chronic diseases, hearing impairment, visual impairment and mobility problems.

What we do:

  • Share updates about changes and improvements within the practice.

  • Provide feedback on services from a patient perspective.

  • Work together with the practice to improve the patient experience.

We will provide updates every few months about what is happening in the practice.

If you would like to receive these updates or get involved, please contact our reception team or fill in the form on the this page.
