Travel Vaccinations and advice

We reccomend to contact reception 6 weeks prior to your travel plans and a telephone appointment with the Nurse will be booked.  

The ‘Pre-Travel questionnaire’ is to be filled out and the patient needs to complete prior to the Nurse calling.

The Nurse will call at that appointment date to discuss and review immunisation history and then the nurse will directly book the patient in for a face to face with herself if required.
